About Cyber Smart Canada
With technology so ingrained in life today, children need mentors in both the physical and digital world. That’s why Cyber Smart Canada develops cyber safety programs to teach kids and their mentors about cyber safety.
Our programs focus on the fundamental issues, not individual apps to instill confidence in all participants regarding tech-based problems including and beyond cyber bullying.
These workshops are delivered by local organizations that families already know, like, and trust including Family Resource Centers and Children’s Aid Societies.
Since 2017, our programming has helped almost 100,000 families in Canada through our network of training partner organizations. Now that our programming is fully developed, tested, and proven, we are expanding our training partner network across North America with the goal of empowering 1 million families by 2025.
